Susan has been a very active industry leader in the Early Learning Sector for over 20 years. In that time she’s demonstrated her ability to educate teams and transform Early Learning Centres though her role as Educator, Room leader, Support Officer and  Education Consultant. Passionate about enhancing the learning experience of young children Susan has invested many years in developing what is now known as the Yellow Smock Education System. A learning system that can support and educate and bring out the joy of creativity in all aspects of the Early Learning services.

Susan has the ability to relate to all team members and their roles in the ELC environment, because she has actively worked in those roles to really understanding the pressures involved at each level.

Kitty comes to Yellow Smock with a wealth of management and leadership experience and skills from years of working with workplace teams and management in the service and corporate industries. She excels in nurturing our clients, really listening and focusing on their needs and helping our clients achieve their goals. Kitty has also been a practicing artist for many years, exhibiting in The National Portrait Gallery for her photography. Wanting to add to our already broad education program Kitty is currently studying a Masters in Autism Studies at the Autism Centre of Excellence at Griffith University and looks forward to adding more education modules in this area to our clients in future.
